Power Yoga
A dynamic + strengthening vinyasa flow designed to land you in your physicality and in your breath. Experience an athletic alignment system that creates balanced mobility and strength on a multidimensional level. Rather than just stretching muscles, this alignment specifically uses eccentric stretching and dynamic movement to increase muscle length by increasing the strength at the end ranges of motion.
Yoga with Weights
A hybrid class that blends together the power of linking breath with movement and strengthening plyometrics. Expect to connect to your breath, elevate your heart rate, and increase your strength while jamming out to an energizing playlist. Weights recommended.

Intentional yoga designed by an athlete for athletes. This class focuses on creating mobility and strength on a multidimensional level. Expect intentional alignment, breathwork, and slower pace, and movement designed to bring your body back into balance to increase your performance as an athlete.
